We love all furry friends here at The Met, if you are moving in and would like to bring your four-legged friend with you or if you are already one of our awesome residents then this is what we will need from you.

$200.00 refundable deposit

$200.00 non-refundable fee

Come into the office and fill out one of our pet information pages and provide us with vaccination records. One more great thing about The Met is we do not require pet rent and both the deposit and the fee will cover your furry friends for your entire stay at The Met.



Here at The Met we will help with all of your package needs! If you receive a package by USPS, they will either put it in one of the large parcels outside by the mailboxes or they will bring it into the office and all you need to do is sign for it. If your package is being delivered by UPS or FED EX that can be a bit more tricky. Our awesome delivery guys either take it to your doorstep or come by the office if they have a chance. You are always more than welcome to call and check on the arrival of your package as well!


Rent is due by the 1st of every month but we give our awesome residents a grace period till midnight on the 3rd. You are able to bring by a check, money order, or pay online with a credit card. Something to think about is we do have to charge an extra 3% surcharge on any credit card payments, so if you’re a little tight on cash a money order or check will work just as well!


Maintenance Emergencies 

If you have a maintenance emergency at anytime, day or night, please call the office 512-393-6000. After hours or on weekend you will be forwarded to our answering service who will contact our on-site Head of Maintenance. He will be at your door ASAP to fix any emergency that pops up.

Examples of emergencies are:

  • A/C or Heater is out
  • Flooding
  • Sparking Appliances
  • Refrigerator out
